In an article on the new Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Kirkland Office, Payne writes, “‘It’s art, homes and wine,’ says company head Dean Jones, quoting words from a sign outside the property announcing what is coming soon. ‘Significant works will be on consignment and we will show the works of some selected artists,’ says Jones, who envisions that all of this doesn’t stop with art and wine. ‘Why invest in premium retail and have it anchored by a one-dimensional sense,’ he says of the 3,200-square-foot space. ‘We realized we can provide a showroom and event center for other lifestyle products as well.’ ‘All these elements – art, wine, fashion and more can meld in this showroom setting,’ he says. ‘The idea that multiple businesses can come together in this space, with us being the anchor, is exciting and an opportunity for us all to serve our customers – the connoisseurs of life.’”
