Cohen describes that, "Seattle's Realogics Sotheby's International Realty plans to host a 'treasure hunt' of architecturally significant homes, with more than a dozen open houses around the area between noon and 4 p.m. Other notable homes are viewable online or by private appointment. 'The Pacific Northwest generated many famous architects and a treasure trove of sought-after residences,' company Owner and Vice President Stacy Jones said in a news release 'This tour provides consumers a unique opportunity to experience many of the region's most compelling properties and at an equally compelling time in the market cycle.'"
