In an article about the low supply of condos in Seattle, the Journal Staff writes, "The supply of new and previously owned condominiums for sale downtown is at its lowest level in more than a decade, and is down 95 percent from five years ago, according to a report by Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. The research finds 120 units for sale today, compared with an estimated 2,500 units during the inventory peak in early 2008."
