"Four Seasons Seattle has 147 guest rooms and 36 condos, 25 of which have been sold. The private residences range from 1,300 square feet to more than 7,500 square feet. The prices range from about $1.5 million to more than $10 million. Prices were previously reduced, and further cuts are not planned 'at this stage,' a spokesman for SHG said. Realogics Sotheby's International Realty is selling the remaining residences."
