In her article about condo trends in Seattle, Jeanne Lang Jones writes, "The view comes at a time when 572 condominium units in the heart of downtown Seattle and 674 units in downtown Bellevue remain unsold, according to the Seattle consulting firm Realogics Inc. Project owners have chopped prices roughly 30 percent through a series of price cuts and have launched vigorous new marketing campaigns to sell those units."
