In an article describing Misty Isle Farms coming onto the market, Lisa Kaplan Gordon writes, "listing agent Brad Vancour of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty said he hopes a very wealthy buyer will 'come in and keep it as it is,' he told AOL. But chances are a developer will divide the property. Vancour said Seattle has become a 'hot spot' for Chinese buyers who were attracted to the Pacific Northwest when Canada was fast-tracking visas for wealthy immigrants. The program has been suspended, and Chinese investors are now hunting properties in and around Seattle, which are under-priced compared to many in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Vancour said."
