In their latest real estate lifestyle highlight, The Week looked at six stunning homes with one thing in common: they’re perfectly suited for the wine connoisseur. Among their selected listings were two properties represented by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. Chosen for their close proximity to two of the state’s most notable “wine countries,” these two homes represent the perfect fusion of wine and home.

Private Cave B Villa, listed by Brad Vancour, is a stunning 8.55 acre “Private Villa” with one of the greatest views in the State of Washington. The residence has a Southwestern and Mediterranean Architectural Style and desirable locale within the heart of the Cave B Estate Winery and Resort. As The Week describes, notable features include “large Douglas fir support beams in the great room, a spiral staircase, a grand piano, and a master bedroom with a study.” Further, “the resort includes pools, a spa, the winery, a tasting room, and a restaurant.”

Houghton Cottage, listed by Valerie Burmester and Kemper Dougan, is the cutest cottage in Kirkland, situated in the “Fairy Tree” neighborhood. The home is complemented by a five minute walk to vibrant downtown Kirkland, nearby parks, and stunning views. In addition to the “unobstructed views of Lake Washington,” The Week says this 1942 home is set apart by “a modern kitchen, a fireplace, and hardwood floors.” What’s more? Kirkland “borders Woodinville Wine Country and has numerous wineries and tasting rooms nearby.”
