On May 4th, Curbed Seattle featured “Fauntleroy 1,” the first personal residence by renowned architect George Suyama that is currently represented by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Chris Doucet and Jay Kipp. Of the opportunity to highlight the home, Sean Keeley says “when Suyama builds a house for himself, you better believe we want to know what went into it.”
As the article reads, “if you’re a fan of his [George Suyama’s] work, there’s a good chance this place could be the ultimate distillation of his style.” The home features that have Keeley especially excited? Not only is the beachfront home “just blocks from the ferry dock leading to Vashon” its west-facing so “you get all the requisite views of Puget Sound and the Olympics from your sandy perch.”
